Tabata

A 60 minute HIIT workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for each exercise.

Tuesday & Thursday

Morning: 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM

Afternoon: 12PM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM

Open Gym with Coaching

Two workouts (strength or full-body shred) are provided to perform at your own pace. Coach is available to help and instruct movements.

Savage Saturday

Tabata-style workout, but using 25 seconds of exercise and 15 second of rest. This truly is a "savage” workout.

Saturday: 8AM, 9AM, 10AM

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) style class - with two 20 minute AMRAP blocks.
